HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 lb. cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt
Pepper
Tater tots
Vegetable of choice (optional)

Cook hamburger until brown, drain. Layer in casserole dish. Add salt, pepper, onions. Mix soup with 1/2 can water. Stir until smooth. Pour evenly over meat. Add slices of cheese evenly. Add vegetable of choice. Top with tator tots. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Great for potluck dinners.
