CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can mixed vegetables, drained or frozen cooked vegetables
Tater tots, enough to cover

Brown meat and cook onion with meat. Season and drain. Place in casserole dish. Spread mushroom soup over meat. Spread vegetables over soup. Place tater tots over vegetables. Spread chicken soup over tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle grated cheese over top the last 15 minutes of baking.
