CHINESE VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag Chinese vegetables
1 bag California blend frozen vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
1 can green beans, drained (save juice)
1 can mushroom soup
2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag tater tots

Brown ground beef. Thaw vegetables in microwave. Cook for 5 minutes. Add green beans. Mix bean juice and soup and pour over vegetables. Add ground beef, then cheddar cheese and tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
