CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. raw rice
1 can water
1 (28 oz.) can chop suey vegetables

Brown meat and drain. Place in 2 quart casserole with rice, vegetables, soup, and water. Mix well. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
