MUSHROOM GOULASH 
1 lb. mushrooms (halved)
2 lg. onions (sliced)
4 lg. potatoes (diced)
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika

Serving four. Cooking time 23 minutes.

Saute onions in butter. Add mushrooms and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add water, diced potatoes and other ingredients and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
