MUSHROOM GOULASH 
1 lb. mushrooms
1 lg. onion
1 tomato
1/4 c. water
1 c. yogurt
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
1 lb. noodles

Slice and saute onion in frying pan until tender. Add sliced mushrooms and continue to cook until tender. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add chopped tomato and water. Stir and cook until mixture boils. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Combine yogurt, flour and milk and add to mushroom mixture. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve with noodles.
