BUTTER COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. white Karo
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon

Beat eggs well, add sugar and Karo, cream well and add flavors, butter (melted) and coconut. Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 to 350 degrees and bake until done.
