COCONUT PEANUT BUTTER BON BONS 
1 lb. peanut butter (crunchy style)
2 sticks butter
1 c. coconut, chopped fine
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

12 oz. chocolate bits
1 bar paraffin wax

Combine all ingredients together well. Roll into balls about the size of a quarter; set aside.

Melt chocolate and wax in double boiler with pickle tongs, dip bon bons into chocolate glaze and lay on wax paper to dry.

NOTE: Smooth style peanut butter may be used if you add 1 cup chopped peanuts to recipe. Makes about 7 dozen.

I jazzed it up a bit. Great recipe to work with. I added the fine coconut, some finely chopped walnuts, vanilla, and a few Rice Krispies using crunchy peanut butter. Chilled to make dipping easier. Really nice and easy recipe. Thank you!
