1 box yellow cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 box instant lemon pudding (sm.)
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. orange juice (fresh)

Mix above in mixer and pour into greased and flour dusted 9x13 pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. When cake is done, punch full of holes with cooking fork. Pour topping over cake while cake is hot.

TOPPING:

1 box sifted confectioners' sugar
1 stick melted butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. orange juice (fresh)

Mix well and pour over cake.
