LAYERED FRUITCAKE BARS 
6 tablespoon butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut flakes
1 1/2 cups candied fruit
1 cup pitted dates, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Heat oven to 350°F. Pour melted butter in 15x10-inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter, shaking pan to distribute crumbs evenly. Layer in coconut, candied fruit, dates and walnuts. Press mixture gently to level. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly on top. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars or squares.

Yield: 60 bars.
