BACON BEEF EYE'S 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed barbecue chips (potato)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. minced onion
1 pkg. bacon

Beat egg lightly. Combine all ingredients. Shape into medium sized meatballs. Wrap on strip of bacon around each beef ball. Fasten with toothpicks. Press patty down slightly. Place on grill for 8 minutes on each side.
