BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 1/3 c. mashed bananas (about 2 large)
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom of loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3). Combine first six ingredients in large bowl. Add baking mix and pecans, stirring just until blended. Pour batter into pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan, remove from pan. Let finish cooling and slice. Yields 18 slices.
