BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 1/3 c. mashed bananas (about 2 lg.)
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Combine first six ingredients in large bowl. Add baking mix and pecans, stirring just until blended. Pour batter into pan.

Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Good served with Cream Cheese Spread.

CREAM CHEESE SPREAD:

Combine 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon dark or light corn syrup in a small bowl; mix until smooth and creamy.
