BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 stick butter
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, bananas, flour, and all other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Slice cake when cool and put filling between as if making a sandwich.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Put enough mayonnaise to soften cream cheese. If not soft enough, add a little milk.
