6 med. baked potatoes, steaming hot
1 pt. commercial sour cream
1 wedge of chive cream cheese (optional)
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
At least 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and celery salt together until smooth. A mixer helps. Serve this in one container, the chopped onions in another, the bacon in another at the table. Pats of butter make it even better. This is "la piece de resistance" for any meal.
