BAKED HAM 
3 (10 lb.) fully cooked ham
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained

Set ham fat-side down on a microwave oven safe dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook in microwave oven for 1/2 cooking time. (Cook 10 minutes per pound on medium power.) After 1/2 of cooking time is completed, turn ham over. Cook covered until 10 minutes before minimum time is completely.

Mix brown sugar, flour and mustard in a small bowl. Stir in vinegar. Remove ham from oven. Spread brown sugar mixture over ham. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on ham and press firmly into glaze (you may have to use toothpicks). Cook uncovered in microwave for 10 minutes at medium-high. Remove from oven and cover meat with foil for 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
