BAKED SLICE OF HAM 
1 lg. sliced of ham, about 1 inch thick
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
4 pineapple slices or 1 c. canned apricots
1 c. juice from fruit

Remove skin from ham. Spread mustard and sugar. Stick cloves around the edge. Place in flat pan. Add 1/2 cup fruit juice. Cook in hot oven for 20 minutes. Lower heat and cook one hour. Place fruit on ham long enough to heat thoroughly. Serve immediately. 8 servings.
