ZUCCHINI SKILLET 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 c. shredded unpared zucchini squares
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage. Add onions; cook uncovered 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cook uncovered 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
