JERRY'S CROUTONS 
8 slices old stale bread
1 stick butter, melted
Garlic salt (Lawry's)
Seasoned salt (Lawry's)

Butter bread on one side. Salt with garlic salt and seasoned salt. Place bread slices on cookie sheet and cut into 1/2" squares. Place into a 210 degree oven, let bread slowly become dehydrated and bread is hard and crispy. Cool and place into and air tight container. Makes about 1 quart.
