2 c. grated & peeled zucchini
1 tbsp. old bay seasoning
1 tbsp. salad dressing
1 beaten egg
1 c. bread crumbs

Mix well and shape in patties like salmon cakes. Fry until brown 6-8 cakes. These will taste just like crab cakes.
