ZUCCHINI CRAB CAKES 
2 c. grated squash, squeeze out all juice
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 sm. onion, grated

Mix well and make into cake. Flour on both sides, frying in hot grease until brown. I put a little salt over zucchini to get water out.
