ZUCCHINI CRAB CAKES 
2 c. grated zucchini, little coarse, not fine
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. seafood seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. bread crumbs

Squeeze zucchini as dry as possible. Mix other ingredients. Make into patties. Dust with flour and fry in oil until lightly browned on both sides.
