KANSAS CORN SCALLOP 
1 (6 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drain and save liquid
1 (6 oz.) can cream style corn
1 tsp. minced instant onion
12 oz. diced Swiss cheese
2 c. coarsely crushed saltines
2/3 c. canned milk
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 beaten eggs

Beat eggs. Stir corn, milk, 1/4 cup liquid from corn, melted butter, onion, salt, pepper, and beaten eggs together. Fold in crumbs and cheese. Pour into 8 x 8 inch greased baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until set. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
