GRANDMA JOYCE'S SCALLOPED CORN | |
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn 1/2 c. milk 3 tbsp. cream 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. crushed saltine crackers 1 egg, slightly beaten Mix corn, salt, pepper, flour, and sugar together. Then add milk and eggs. Stir in cracker crumbs; mix thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake until brown, approximately 20-30 minutes longer. A family favorite. |
