GRANDMA CORN BREAD 
2 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
Milk

Mix dry contents thoroughly. Put 9" black skillet in oven with bottom covered with vegetable oil and preheat until hot. While skillet is in oven start mixing eggs and milk into dry contents until batter is very moist and watery. When skillet is very hot, pour in batter and bake at 425 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until cornbread is done. Can add jalapenos or cracklins for flavor if desired. Be sure to use a 9" black skillet.
