CHOCOLATE TEA BREAD 
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Cream together butter, sugar and egg. Add remaining ingredients. Put in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
