OVEN FRIED FISH FILLETS | |
2 lbs. haddock fillets 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes 1 tsp. paprika 2 tbsp. vegetable oil Combine bread crumbs, spices and oil. Blend with a fork until thoroughly combined. Spread onto waxed paper. Press fish fillets into crumb mixture to coat both sides. Place on non stick baking sheet. Bake in a VERY HOT oven (450 degrees) for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with fresh lemon. Serves 8. |
