OVEN FRIED FISH FILLETS 
1 lb. flounder fillets
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Bread crumbs
Paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Lemon wedges

Thinly coat fish fillets with mayonnaise; dredge each in bread crumbs. Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; sprinkle fillets with seasonings. Bake at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges.
