OVEN FRIED FISH FILLETS | |
1 lb. flounder or sole filet 1 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise 6 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs 2 tsp. dried parsley 1/2 tsp. paprika Cook fillets with butter. Combine bread crumbs and paprika. Dredge coated fillets in bread mixture. Place fillets on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake 12 minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 4 servings. |
