OVEN-FRIED FISH FILLETS 
2 lb. fish fillets
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. butter, melted
Lemon wedges or slices

Cut fillets into serving sizes. Add salt to milk. Dip fillets in milk and roll in cornflake crumbs. Place on a shallow, well-greased baking pan, skin down. Sprinkle each piece with melted butter.

Bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes. Garnish with lemon. Serves 6 to 8.
