TEXAS PECAN CHEESE BALLS 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt

Soften cheeses; mix well. Add nuts, pepper and garlic salt and mix well. Roll into balls or logs and coat with paprika. Make three medium balls. Slice thin slices and eat on crackers. Better to chill before slicing.
