EASY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
8 (4x4 inch) slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted

Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine; stir well. Spoon sauce over chicken; sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 8 servings.
