EGG ON TOAST (CREAMED) 
2 tbsp. (each) flour, butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in pan; add rest of ingredients; add 1 cup milk and 4 hard-boiled eggs chopped; cook over low heat until thickened; serve over thick slices of toasted homemade bread.

This was an excellent dish. I replaced the toast with pancakes and was very pleased with the results. I have also added ground sausage, about a half a pound and it made it very filling.
