PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Spray a shallow casserole dish with vegetable spray. In casserole, spread pineapple. Mix sugar, flour and reserved juice; pour over pineapple. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix together melted butter and crushed crackers; sprinkle over pineapple and cheese.

Bake at 350°F until hot and lightly browned.
