PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 large can chunk pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
1/2 stack Ritz crackers

Drain pineapple and save the juice. Place pineapple in a square casserole dish. Mix flour, sugar and cheese and spread over the pineapple. Mix butter and crackers and spread over pineapple mixture. Pour the saved juice over this and bake at 350°F until the topping is brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.

I was kind of skeptical about this but the flavor turned out really good but the crackers turned out really mushy! Did I do something wrong? Next time I may not use all the pineapple juice.
