PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained and reserve 1/4 c. juice
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 c. diced cheddar cheese

Mix pineapple, brown sugar, flour and crackers and half the cheese. Pour into greased casserole. Top with remaining cheese and reserved juice.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until cheese it thoroughly melted.
