LEFTOVER HAM 
2 c. ham
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/4 c. milk
Eggs
Salt and pepper
Bread crumbs

Put meat through food grinder. To this, add the mustard and milk. Simmer, gently, until thickens. Pour this in a buttered dish and make a nest in it with a spoon for each egg. Break an egg in each; sprinkle with salt and pepper and crumbs. Bake until the eggs are cooked.
