ZUCCHINI ORANGE BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. ground oranges (peelings and all)
2 c. ground unpeeled zucchini
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients in conventional method. Pour into 3 greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until it tests done. Pans should be smaller size or soup cans may be used. Fill pans 1/2 full.
