HOLIDAY YAMS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. melted butter
4 or 5 med. sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
Salt to taste

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Blend well; stir in orange juice, butter and salt. Simmer over low heat stirring constantly, until thickened. Place yams in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish; add orange sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
