MACARONI SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) little macaroni (cook with salt and rinse with cold water)
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. Dukes mayonnaise
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 sweet pepper, chopped
3 carrots, grated
1 can Eagle brand milk

Mix well; keeps well in refrigerator.
