PEACH CRUNCH | |
3 c. sliced fresh peaches 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. sugar 1 c. self-rising flour 1 egg 6 tbsp. melted butter Put peaches in an ovenproof casserole dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sugar and flour. Beat in egg with milk and blend until mixture is lumpy. Spread evenly over peaches. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden. |
