PEACH CRUNCH WITH TOPPING 
1 can peaches, in own juice, sliced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 sugar substitutes
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. brown sugar substitute
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 6 x 8 pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix together peaches, cornstarch, and sugar substitutes, brown sugar substitute. Mix until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. Spoon peach mixture in prepared pan and cover with topping. Bake 25 minutes. Serve warm.
