PEACH CRUNCH PIE 
PIE CRUST:

1/3 c. butter
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. water

Make 1 pie crust. Fill pie plate full of peaches, sliced.

Mix together:

1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Butter pats on top

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

To peaches with crumb topping. Bake 400 degrees 30 to 40 minutes or until peaches are soft.
