COCONUT PEACH CRUNCH PIE 
1 Keebler Ready-Crust butter flavored pie crust
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 can (21 oz.) peach pie filling
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush bottom and sides of crust evenly with egg yolk. Bake on baking sheet until light brown, about 5 minutes, remove from oven. Spoon peach filling into crust.

In small bowl combine flour, sugar, coconut and melted butter. Mix until well blended. Spread over peach filling. Bake on baking sheet for 25-30 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is light brown.
