PEACH COBBLER CRUNCH 
2 c. fresh peaches, cut up
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil or 1 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 egg, beaten

Slice peaches and place in a casserole baking dish or pan, covering the bottom. Beat egg in a mixing bowl and add flour and sugar. Mix with fork or hands until crumbly; sprinkle mixture over peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Pour oil or butter evenly over top. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. You may use fresh or frozen fruit.
