PEPPERONI PIZZA SPREAD 
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pepperoni
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 c. each chopped red and green peppers
1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained and chopped
1 c. chopped stuffed olives, drained and chopped
crackers, breadsticks or French bread

In a large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. Spread into a 13 x 9 baking dish, uncovered, at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

Makes about 6 cups. DO NOT USE reduced fat mayonnaise. Can be spread on breads or use crackers for dipping.
