SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. cooked yellow squash
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
Pepper

Combine 1 cup grated cheese, cracker crumbs, 1/2 melted butter and toss together, set aside. Combine all remaining ingredients. Put in baking dish. Top with cracker mixture. Sprinkle small amount of onion powder on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
