CHICKEN FRENCH STYLE | |
2 lbs. chicken parts 1/4 c. seasoned flour 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1 sm. clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp. butter 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese or cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. canned tomatoes 2 tbsp. dry white wine (optional) Dust chicken with seasoned flour. Brown chicken, onion, poultry seasoning, and garlic in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook over low heat 45 minutes or until chicken is tender; stir often. 4 to 6 servings. |
