CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 bag chicken thighs
2 c. instant rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
1 can green beans, drained
1 can French-style green beans (drain 1/2 of liquid)
lemon pepper
garlic salt
Mrs. Dash seasoning

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients in 9 X 13 cake pan and spread evenly. Place chicken thighs on rice mixture. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, garlic salt and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Cook approximately 1 hour or until chicken is done.
