1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat egg in bowl. Stir in sour cream and buttermilk. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in another bowl. Add to sour cream mixture. Beat until smooth. Let stand at least 10 minutes. Cook at 350 degrees until done.
